# 甲骨文新发行投资级别债券息率高于最高评级垃圾债

> 甲骨文新发行的投资级债券收益率升至 5.9 厘，高于最高评级垃圾债券的平均收益率 5.69 厘。债券价格下跌，溢价扩大至 1.71 厘。保护债务违约成本升至 2009 年以来最高水平。投资者购买的 180 亿美元债券现面临约 13.5 亿美元损失。

《彭博》报道，甲骨文 (ORCL.US) 新发行投资级债券价格下跌。据 Trace，甲骨文 2035 年到期票面息率 5.2 厘债券，对比同年期美债孳息溢价，在上周五 (12 日) 扩大 17 点子至 1.71 厘，收益率升至 5.9 厘，高於垃圾债 (非投资级别) 最高评级篮子债券平均收益率的 5.69 厘，纵使后者存续期较短。该批债券发行时溢价为同年期美债孳息 1.05 厘。

另外，据 ICE Data Services 数据，保护甲骨文债务免於违约成本，在上周五曾升最多 14.4 个基点见 151.3 个基点，为 2009 年以来最高水平。

报道指，今年 9 月购买甲骨文发行的 180 亿美元高评级债券的投资者，目前帐面损失总计约 13.5 亿美元。
