# Citi raises the target price of ANTA SPORTS to 112.7 yuan, maintaining a "Buy" rating

Citi released a report stating that although it maintains its earnings forecast for ANTA SPORTS (02020.HK), it has adjusted the valuation benchmark to the expected price-to-earnings ratio for 2026, previously set for 2025, in line with its updated valuations for other Chinese sportswear companies. Based on a target price-to-earnings ratio of 20 times for 2026, the target price for ANTA has been raised from RMB 109.7 to RMB 112.7, maintaining a "Buy" rating. The preference for the Chinese sportswear sector remains unchanged, in the order of ANTA, Tmall (06110.HK), and Li Ning (02331.HK)
