# ArrowMark Financial Corp. Announces Monthly Cash Distribution Schedule for 2026 | BANX Stock News

DENVER, Dec. 17, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ArrowMark Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: BANX) (“ArrowMark Financial” or the “Company”), an SEC registered closed-end management investment company, announced that its Board of Directors has approved a change in the Fund’s cash distribution frequency from quarterly to monthly, beginning with the January distribution.
