According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Times Qiji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Xu as the legal representative. The business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, sales of new energy vehicle battery swapping facilities, research and development of online energy metering technologies, and contract energy management, among others. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Times Qiji New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of CATL
