# WANG ON PPT has named the development project at 9 Pinglan Street "PORTO," offering 174 units

WANG ON PPT (01243.HK) officially named its development project located at 9 Ping Lan Street, Ap Lei Chau as "PORTO," which involves 174 units and is expected to launch in January next year.

The standard units of "PORTO" include 28 studio apartments, 77 one-bedroom units, and 55 two-bedroom units, along with 11 platform units and 3 duplex rooftop units. The project's key date is expected to be at the end of March 2027.

Cheng De-yun, Executive Director of WANG ON PPT, stated that they hope "PORTO" can become the first property launched in 2026, with the project anticipated to debut in early January.

Additionally, she mentioned that the group will also launch the Wong Tai Sin Fei Fung Street project in the first quarter of next year, which is expected to involve approximately 195 units.

Regarding the market performance, she believes that the effect of interest rate cuts will lead to an increase in investors, strengthening market absorption capacity
