# HK ROBOTICS: HK ROBOTICS has signed a product delivery agreement with Tonghong Security for embodied intelligent security robots

According to the announcement from HK ROBOTICS (00370), Tonghong Security has purchased embodied intelligent security robots from HK ROBOTICS (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company). On December 29, 2025, HK ROBOTICS and Tonghong Security signed a product delivery agreement for the embodied intelligent security robots. According to the product delivery agreement, HK ROBOTICS and Tonghong Security agreed that the first batch of 100 embodied intelligent security robots, which meet the delivery standards for configuration and parameters that have been tested and finalized, will be delivered within three months from the date of the product delivery agreement. The selling price of the embodied intelligent security robots remains at RMB 300,000 per unit as stated in the procurement announcement.

After Tonghong Security accepts the products, HK ROBOTICS will provide the following after-sales services, including but not limited to installation, operational guidance, regular on-site inspections, recording and analyzing operational data, and supporting daily operations
