# POLY PROPERTY won the residential land in Wuchang, Wuhan, Hubei at a nearly 30% premium

Last Friday (26th), there were 12 residential land transactions in Wuhan, Hubei, among which 1 was sold at a premium, while the remaining 11 were sold at the base price, involving a total investment of 3.126 billion yuan (RMB).

The premium case was a residential land in Wuchang, with 8 real estate companies participating in the bidding. After 48 rounds of bidding, Hubei Poly Investment (POLY PROPERTY) successfully acquired the land for 1.02 billion yuan, with a premium rate of 29.93%
