# 《大行》国金证券首次覆盖康诺亚予「买入」评级  目标价 83.29 元

> 国金证券首次覆盖康诺亚，给予 “买入” 评级，目标价 83.29 港元。预测 2025 至 2027 年营业收入分别为 6.61 亿、12.55 亿及 20.64 亿元人民币，年增长率为 54%、90% 及 65%。司普奇拜单抗作为全球第二款、国内首款 IL-4R 单抗，已纳入国家医保目录，预计 2026 年初执行，销售额有望快速增长。

国金证券发表报告，首次覆盖康诺亚－B(02162.HK) 予「买入」评级，目标价 83.29 港元。该行预测公司 2025 至 27 年各年实现营业收入 6.61 亿、12.55 亿及 20.64 亿元人民币 (下同)，按年增长 54%、90% 及 65%，期内各年料蚀 5.13 亿、蚀 2.97 亿及转赚 2.01 亿元，对应每股亏损 1.72 元、每股亏损 0.99 及每股盈利 0.67 元。

报告指，公司深度布局差异化布局自免慢病和肿瘤赛道，在研管线众多，核心产品司普奇拜单抗已获批上市，CM512(TSLP/IL-13 双抗) 目前拓展多个 II 期临床，授权 AZ 的 CMG901 有望 2026 年於美国递交 NDA。早研布局多技术平台，管线有望逐步推进，后备力量充足。核心产品司普奇拜单抗为首个国产 IL-4R 单抗，先发优势明显，2026 年医保执行后有望快速放量。IL-4R 单抗可靶向特应性皮炎 (AD)、慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉 (CRSwNP) 等多种 II 炎症反应性疾病，全球目前仅 2 款 IL-4R 单抗获批上市，赛诺菲的度普利尤单抗自 2017 年上市后快速放量并持续拓展新适应症，2024 年全球销售额超 140 亿美元。

报告指，司普奇拜单抗作为全球第二款、国内首款 IL-4R 单抗，先发优势明显，非头对头比较下疗效较度普利尤单抗更优，目前已经获批三项适应症 (AD、CRSwNP、过敏性鼻炎 SAR，后两者为独家适应症)。目前司普奇拜单抗已纳入 2025 年 12 月国家医保目录，预计 2026 年初执行，进入医保后有望快速放量。自 2024 年 9 月上市以来，2024、2025 上半年销售额分别为 3,600 万元及 1.69 亿元，预计 2025 至 27 年各年销售额分别有望达 3.31 亿、9.05 亿及 16.27 亿元。
