Oatside was established in 2020 and is headquartered in Singapore. In addition to real estate, Far East Organization's businesses also include the well-known beverage and food company Yeo Hiap Seng. The group's family office, Far East Capital, purchased the relevant equity in Oatside from Mugi Capital. According to technology media Tech in Asia on Monday (December 29), Mugi Capital has held equity in Oatside since 2021. Mugi Capital also sold its shares to other existing shareholders of Oatside, reducing its stake by half. At a price of $240 per share (308 SGD), the total value of the shares sold by Mugi Capital could reach $35.3 million, while the shares purchased by Far East Capital are valued at up to $4.57 million.
