# Zhejiang Zhongcheng: The reduction plan of one of the original shareholders holding more than 5% has been completed

Zhejiang Zhongcheng announced that one of its original shareholders, Chen Jian, who held more than 5% of the shares, has completed his reduction plan. From November 6 to December 26, 2025, he cumulatively reduced his holdings by 27,165,587 shares through block trades and centralized bidding, accounting for 2.9991% of the total share capital. After the reduction, Chen Jian's holdings decreased to 20,524,742 shares, accounting for 2.2660%. This reduction complies with relevant regulations and will not adversely affect the company's operations and governance structure
