美联股份 (02671.HK) 公布招股结果，香港公开发售接获 146.25 倍认购，一手 (300 股) 中签率 0.75%，认购 6 万股获稳派一手。国际发售录得 1.48 倍认购。最终发售价 7.1 元，下限定价，集资净额 1.4 亿元。股份预期周二 (30 日) 挂牌。

中国预制钢结构建筑商美联股份是次拟全球发售 2,460 万股，公开发售占 10%。招股价介乎 7.1-9.16 元。彩云控股、Tiny Jade、吴兴华及 Logic Selective 四名基石投资者合共认购 725.28 万股，占发售总数 29.48%。禁售承诺最后日期 2026 年 6 月 29 日。
