# OmniVision Group: The issuance price of H shares will not exceed HKD 104.80 per share

According to the announcement from OmniVision Group (603501.SH), the company will issue a total of 45.8 million H shares globally (subject to the exercise of the over-allotment option), of which 4.58 million shares are preliminarily arranged for public offering in Hong Kong (subject to reallocation), accounting for approximately 10% of the total global offering; 41.22 million shares are for international offering (subject to reallocation), accounting for approximately 90% of the total global offering.

The price for the H shares will not exceed HKD 104.80 per share. The public offering of H shares in Hong Kong will start on December 31, 2025, and is expected to end on January 7, 2026, with the issuance price expected to be announced on or before January 8, 2026. The H shares are expected to be listed and begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 12, 2026
