WYZK announced that its controlling shareholder Gao Wuzhuoyue pledged 167,457,533 shares on December 30, 2025, accounting for 100% of its holdings and 15% of the company's total share capital. The pledgee is the Dongguan branch of China CITIC Bank, and the release date of the pledge is December 9, 2032. This pledge is to provide collateral for the syndicated loan agreement signed on December 9, 2025. As of the announcement date, the number of pledged shares maturing in the next six months and one year for Gao Wuzhuoyue is 0 shares, and the repayment funds will come from self-owned and self-raised funds.
