# Chinese cars are popular in the Israeli market

According to Xinhua News Agency, the Israel Automobile Importers Association announced on the 2nd that the Jietu 7, produced by Chinese automaker Chery, will become the best-selling model in Israel in 2025. The data shows that approximately 13,000 units of the Jietu 7 were sold in Israel throughout the year, while the Hyundai Kona, produced by the South Korean automotive brand, ranked second with about 12,000 units sold. Chinese brand vehicles are expected to sell 101,000 units in 2025, ranking first in sales. South Korean brands are expected to sell 52,000 units, ranking second, while Japanese brands are expected to sell 41,000 units, ranking third.
