WMM (002149.SZ) announced that its shareholder Xi'an Aerospace Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings in the company by a total of 4.7991 million shares through centralized bidding on January 5, 2026, accounting for 0.9830% of the company's total share capital, and its shareholding ratio decreased from 8.5388% to 7.5558%
