# 部分大集合产品等待转型末班车，管理费与收益率 “倒挂” 引争议

> 部分券商参公大集合产品将在 2025 年底到期，多数将转型为公募产品，部分产品选择清盘。少数产品则申请延期，计划延长至 2026 年一季度或年中，期望通过与基金公司合作转型为公募产品。

2025 年底，存续的券商参公大集合产品陆续到期，多数转型为公募产品，部分走向清盘。不过，也有少数产品打出 “延期牌”，将存续期延长至 2026 年一季度或年中。据了解，这些产品希望通过与基金公司的合作，变更为公募产品。
