# XINGYE TECH.: Shareholders holding more than 5% reduced their holdings by over 1%

XINGYE TECH. announced that from December 30, 2025, to January 14, 2026, shareholders holding more than 5%, Fujian Province Chunhong Equity Investment Partnership, will reduce their holdings of 3.0277 million A-shares through centralized trading and block trading, with a reduction ratio of 1.02%. Before this change, the shareholder held 28.3566 million shares, accounting for 9.59% of the total share capital; after the change, they held 25.3289 million shares, accounting for 8.57%. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed plan and has not exceeded expectations
