# Jiamei Packaging: Plans to redeem "Jiamei Convertible Bonds" in advance

Jiamei Packaging announced that from December 19, 2025, to January 15, 2026, there were fifteen trading days out of thirty consecutive trading days where the closing price was not less than 130% of the current conversion price of "Jiamei Convertible Bonds," triggering the redemption clause. The board of directors has decided to exercise the early redemption right of the "Jiamei Convertible Bonds" and will redeem all unconverted "Jiamei Convertible Bonds" at the price of the bond's face value plus accrued interest after the close on the redemption registration date, and has authorized the company's management to handle all related matters for the subsequent redemption
