# SDL: Has completed the reduction of 4.8856 million repurchased shares

SDL announced that the company has completed its share repurchase reduction plan. In February 2024, the company repurchased 11.2432 million shares for 60.5127 million yuan, accounting for 1.77% of the total share capital. In August 2025, the company first reduced its holdings by 6.3575 million shares, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, raising 51.5568 million yuan. This reduction will take place from January 20 to April 20, 2026, with a total reduction of 4.8856 million shares, accounting for 0.77% of the total share capital, raising 46.4587 million yuan. The proceeds from the reduction will be used to supplement working capital, without affecting control rights and total share capital, and will not impact current profits
