# PLD Earnings: Prologis Stock Jumps on Q4 Beats

Prologis (PLD) stock was up on Wednesday alongside the release of the logistics real estate company's Q4 2025 earnings report. This reported started with adjusted earnings per share of $1.44, which was better than Wall Street's estimate of 70 cents. However, the company's adjusted EPS did slip 4% from the $1.50 reported in Q4 2024.

Prologis reported revenue of $2.25 billion in Q4 2025, which was above analysts' estimate of $2.09 billion. The company's revenue also grew roughly 2.3% year-over-year from $2.2 billion. This growth was attributed to "a record year for lease signings."
