Ameritek Ventures ( (ATVKD) ) has shared an update.

On January 20, 2026, ATVK, Inc. implemented a 1-for-1200 reverse stock split of its common shares, converting every 1,200 shares into a single share without changing the par value and leaving stockholders’ proportional ownership largely unchanged aside from minor fractional-share adjustments.
