# "Profit Warning" YUEXIU PROPERTY forecasts a core profit drop of 80%-85% last year

YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a profit of between 50 million to 100 million RMB for the fiscal year 2025, a decrease of 90%-95% compared to the previous year; core net profit is expected to be between 250 million to 350 million RMB, a decrease of 80%-85%.

In 2025, the real estate market is still in a deep adjustment period, and a substantial recovery of market confidence and expectations will take time. The gross profit margin of the group's property sales business has decreased; and due to structural changes, the average equity proportion of recognized sales projects has declined
