# Wanma Tech: Shareholder Yan Nan, holding 5%, plans to auction 2.07% of the company's shares

Wanma Tech announced that shareholder Yan Nan, who holds 5% of the shares, intends to auction 2.78 million shares, accounting for 41.49% of his holdings and 2.07% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Yan's shares have been pledged a total of 6.58 million shares, accounting for 98.21% of his holdings and 4.91% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Yan's shares have been judicially frozen a total of 5.18 million shares, accounting for 77.31% of his holdings and 3.87% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Yan's shares have been judicially auctioned a total of 2.78 million shares, accounting for 41.49% of his holdings and 2.07% of the company's total share capital
