# Hospitality Invest AS: Completed tap issue

Today, Hospitality Invest AS has successfully completed a NOK 170 million tapissue in its outstanding senior unsecured bond due April 7, 2029, with ticker"HOIN04 PRO" and ISIN: NO0013513598 (the "Bonds"). Total outstanding amountunder the Bonds following the tap issue is NOK 1,120 million. The tap issuewaspriced at 101.75% of par value and was initiated by a reverse inquiry. Netproceeds from the tap issue will be used for general corporate purposesaccording to the bond terms.
