# Indonesia's Medco Energi eyes record high oil and gas production in 2026

JAKARTA, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Indonesian energy company PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC.JK) said on Wednesday it will target oil and gas production of 165,000-170,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd) in 2026, the highest in the company’s history.

The production target for this year is up from the 156,000 boepd reported in 2025, the company said in a statement.
