# 《大行》花旗升粤投目标价至 8.8 元  派息率吸引属香港公用股首选

> 花旗重申对粤海投资的「买入」评级，目标价上调 10% 至 8.8 元，因公司预计净利润增长 43% 至 44.93 亿港元，超出市场预期。花旗还上调了未来两年的净利润预测，并指出 2025 年派息率将达 6.3%，在同行中最高，仍是其在香港公用股的首选。

花旗发表研报指，重申对粤海投资 (00270.HK)「买入」评级，因其昨日 (28 日) 发盈喜，预计公司净利润按年增长 43% 至 44.93 亿港元，高於市场预期约 2%，主要因为利息支出低於预期。

花旗表示，基於上述原因，将粤投今明两年净利润预测上调 2.1% 至 2.6%。基於盈利增长及估值向前滚动，目标价上调 10%，由原先 8 元升至 8.8 元。

花旗指，集团预测 2025 年派息率达 6.3%，具吸引力且在同行中最高，仍是花旗在香港公用股首选。
