# ValueMax exercises warrants to add 322,000 shares | Lianhe Zaobao

ValueMax announced that it has added 322,000 ordinary shares due to the exercise of warrants, with an exercise price of HKD 0.36 per share.

The group announced this news after the market closed on Thursday (January 29).

After the completion of the placement and issuance, the total number of ordinary shares issued by the company has increased to 941.21 million shares (excluding 100,000 treasury shares).

The newly issued shares will enjoy the same rights as the company's existing shares and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange next Monday (February 2).

The announcement also indicated that there are currently 6.6 million unexercised warrants, with the same exercise price of HKD 0.36, expiring at 5 PM on September 14, 2026.

ValueMax's stock price closed at HKD 1.22 on Thursday, up 3.39%
