Contents of the report:

Final decision in civil case No. e2A-199-854/2025. In this case, Orion Global Pet, UAB filed a

lawsuit against AB "INTER RAO Lietuva", demanding compensation for losses in the amount of EUR 207

356.27, which according to Orion Global Pet, UAB were incurred when AB "INTER RAO Lietuva" stopped

supplying electricity in May 2022. The Court of First Instance dismissed Orion Global Pet, UAB's

claim in its decision of 17 December 2024. Orion Global Pet, UAB appealed the decision of the Court

of First Instance, but the Court of Appeals of Lithuania dismissed the appeal in its ruling of 27

May 2025 and left the decision unchanged.
