According to the official WeChat account of RAYNEN's subsidiary Beinuo International, Beinuo has jointly launched a highly integrated solution with Infineon Technologies— a 400W robotic joint motor drive solution based on the Infineon PSOC™ Control C3 MCU microcontroller and efficient GaN power devices, covering main control, power, sensing, and architecture. This solution provides engineers with a validated high-performance starting point, aimed at significantly shortening the R&D cycle and accelerating the product launch process
