# BUZZ-Hub Group to restate financials for certain quarters of 2025, shares plummet

Shares of logistic provider Hub Group (HUBG.O) fall 29% to $36.05 premarket

Co said late on Thursday that it will restate its financial statements for Q1, Q2 and Q3 of 2025 citing inaccuracies that resulted in the understatement of purchased transportation costs and accounts payable

Adds, that it has no impact on total cash and cash equivalents or operating cash flow for any periods

HUBG also delayed its earnings release, while reporting preliminary fourth quarter 2025 results

HUBG stock was down 4.3% in 2025
