05:28 PM EST, 02/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Agomab Therapeutics ( AGMB ) said late Monday it closed its initial public offering of 12.5 million American depository shares at a public offering price of $16 per ADS, raising about $200 million in gross proceeds before underwriting fees and expenses.

The American depository shares started trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Feb. 6.
