# Huang Xueling is expected to be appointed as the Vice President of Bank of China

According to reports, Huang Xueling, who previously served as the part-time supervisor of the Capital Operations Department of Central Huijin Investment Ltd., is expected to be appointed as the Vice President of Bank of China (03988.HK).

Information shows that Huang Xueling, born in 1977, holds a master's degree in economics and has worked at Central Huijin Investment Ltd. for many years, possessing extensive background and experience in finance. She has held positions such as Senior Manager of Capital Markets, Deputy Director of the Reinsurance Equity Management Department, Deputy Director and Director of the Reform Planning Office of the Comprehensive Department/Banking Division II, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Department/Banking Division II, and Director of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation.

Recently, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission announced that Lin Jingzhen, former member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Bank of China, had committed serious violations of discipline and law. After research by the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and approval by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was decided to expel him from the Party and transfer his suspected criminal issues to the prosecutorial authorities for legal review and prosecution
