# Hengguang Technology: Provides a guarantee of no more than 5.5 million yuan for its holding subsidiary

Hengguang Technology announced that the company's shareholders' meeting in 2025 approved the application for a guarantee limit of no more than 600 million yuan for its subsidiary. Recently, the holding subsidiary Hengyang Fenglian applied for a comprehensive credit line from Bank of China, and the company provided guarantees in proportion to its shareholding, signing a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the bank, with a maximum guarantee amount not exceeding 5.5 million yuan, and Hengyang Fenglian provided counter-guarantees. As of the announcement date, the total cumulative guarantees provided by the company for its holding subsidiary that are still in effect amount to 304.5 million yuan, accounting for 22.80% of the most recent audited net assets attributable to the parent company, with a guarantee balance for entities outside the consolidated financial statements of 0
