# The National Energy Group's 200 billion yuan small public offering bond project has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

On February 10th, Jinshi Data reported that the Shanghai Stock Exchange's corporate bond project information platform showed that the status of the 200 billion yuan small public offering bond project of China Energy Investment Corporation Limited has been updated to "accepted," with the acceptance date being February 10, 2026. The registration draft of the fundraising prospectus indicates that the funds raised from this corporate bond, after deducting issuance costs, are intended for the issuer's productive expenditures. The use of funds for the short-term corporate bonds will maintain a reasonable match with the bond term, and the raised funds are limited to repaying debts due within one year and supplementing working capital, not for long-term investment needs
