Houston-based CP Group, a company managing office properties in the Sunbelt region, revealed that they have secured contracts for about 50,000 square feet of space at 5POP. This particular property is a 28-story Class A office building with a total area of 566,773 square feet, situated at 4400 Post Oak Parkway in Houston's Galleria/Uptown district. The surge in leasing came after CP Group finished its enhancement project on the tower. Notably, Xceed Office, a firm specializing in executive office suites, has been instrumental in driving this leasing upswing at 5POP.
