# Waymo Co-CEO outlines vision for 2026: Moving towards a milestone of 1 million orders per week

Tekedra Mawakana, co-CEO of Waymo, the autonomous driving car division under Google's parent company Alphabet, stated that by the end of 2026, its paid autonomous taxi orders in the United States will exceed 1 million per week, "This is a turning point... In 2025, the number of trips we provide will quadruple."
