# American Business Bank Announces Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend | AMBZ Stock News

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AMERICAN BUSINESS BANK (OTCQX: AMBZ) (the “Bank”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.30 per share. The dividend is expected to be paid March 18, 2026 to shareholders of record as of February 26, 2026. At this quarterly dividend rate, the annual dividend is equivalent to $1.20 per common share.
