ALPHA PRO HLDGS (00948.HK) announced that it will issue 35 million shares to AP Diamond, capitalizing HKD 9.8 million of debt. The issue price is HKD 0.28, representing a discount of 15.15% compared to today's (12th) closing price. Upon completion, AP Diamond will hold 8.49% of the company's equity
