# The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has taken warning letter measures against Zhongtian Guofu Securities due to irregularities in its issuance and underwriting practices

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has taken warning letter measures against Zhongtian Guofu Securities Co., Ltd. After investigation, the CSRC found the following violations by Zhongtian Guofu Securities: First, there was inadequate internal control over bonds, with some projects failing to fulfill quality control responsibilities; second, the issuance and underwriting were not standardized, with some projects insufficiently analyzing and verifying important risk matters such as fluctuations in the issuer's financial data, related party transactions, and fund occupation; third, some projects did not fulfill their responsibilities adequately in entrusted management
