# 金管总局约谈携程高德等六家出行平台 要求规范营销行为

> 国家金融监管总局近日约谈了携程、高德地图等六家出行平台，要求其规范与金融机构的借贷业务营销行为，禁止误导性宣传，清晰披露贷款信息，并提升服务质量，保障消费者权益。

国家金融监管总局近日联合市监总局及人民银行，对包括携程 (09961.HK)、高德地图、同程旅行 (00780.HK)、飞猪旅行、航旅纵横、去哪儿旅行等六家出行平台企业进行约谈。

针对上述企业在与金融机构合作开展借贷业务中存在的问题，要求其规范营销行为，不得使用误导性宣传用语。同时要求其清晰披露贷款机构名称及信贷产品信息，向借款人明确提示理性借贷；畅通客户投诉渠道，及时回应并妥善处理消费纠纷，着力提升服务品质，切实保障消费者合法权益。
