# 《新股》商业物联网解决方案公司商米拟於港上市 股东包括阿里及美团等

> 上海商米科技，内地商业物联网解决方案提供商，已通过港交所上市聆讯，股东包括阿里巴巴、美团及小米。公司是全球最大的安卓端 BIoT 解决方案提供商，市场份额超过 10%。预计 2022 至 2024 年收入分别为 34.04 亿元、30.71 亿元及 34.56 亿元，纯利分别为 1.6 亿元、1.01 亿元及 1.81 亿元。

内地商业物联网 (BIoT) 解决方案提供商上海商米科技通过港交所上市聆讯。资料显示，公司的 BIoT 解决方案主要包括智能设备及 BIoTPaaS 平台。公司股东包括阿里巴巴 (09988.HK) 旗下蚂蚁、美团 (03690.HK) 及小米 (01810.HK) 等。

根据灼识谘询资料，按 2024 年的收入计，公司目前是全球最大的安卓端 BIoT 解决方案提供商，占有 10% 以上的市场份额。另外，公司服务全球前 50 大食品及饮料企业中逾 70% 的企业。

公司 2022 至 2024 年分别录得收入约 34.04 亿元人民币 (下同)、30.71 亿元及 34.56 亿元，同期纯利分别为 1.6 亿元、1.01 亿元及 1.81 亿元。
