# 餐饮业指过去周末酒楼生意理想  团年饭每围加价 5% 至 8%

> 香港餐务管理协会主席梁振华表示，过去周末酒楼生意理想，团年饭每围加价 5% 至 8%。预计今日年廿九的生意不及前两天，但不少酒楼首轮订台已满。平均每围价钱为 4,000 多元，公司客则为 5,000 至 6,000 元，客人普遍接受。农历新年期间，预计旅游区食肆将受益于旅客的到访。

香港餐务管理协会主席梁振华在电台节目上表示，不少市民在刚过去的周末已食团年饭，形容酒楼的生意理想。至於今日 (16 日) 年廿九，预计团年饭生意将不及前两天，但不少酒楼首轮订枱已满。

梁振华表示，由於工资等成本上涨，今年团年饭每围价钱加价约 5% 至 8%，平均每围价钱 4,000 多元。如果是公司客则每围 5,000 至 6,000 元，而客人普遍都接受。至於农历新年期间的生意情况，梁振华指，假期有不少旅客访港，预计主要较受惠的都是旅游区食肆。
