归属于证券持有人的净利润为 8.247 亿澳元，比去年同期的 7.998 亿澳元增长 3.1%。

每个证券的利润从 40.9 美分下降至 39.5 美分。

每个证券的营业利润为 58.5 美分，低于 63.8 美分。

收入从去年同期的 13.39 亿澳元下降 17.6%，至 11.03 亿澳元。

合伙企业管理的资产增加 6.2%，达到 752 亿澳元。

每个证券的净有形资产从 9.44 澳元增加 18.4%，至 11.18 澳元。

公司表示，Goodman Industrial Trust 将于 2 月 25 日支付每个证券 15 美分的中期分配。
