# On March 23rd, the AIDIGONG lawsuit case will be heard, and the suspension of trading will continue

AIDIGONG (00286.HK) announced the progress of its resumption of trading and the latest situation regarding litigation. The company is still obtaining the financial information of Shenzhen AIDIGONG required for the auditor's review of the 2024 performance, and the date for the annual report announcement needs to be further agreed upon with the auditor.

The company pointed out that it encountered difficulties in obtaining the relevant documents, which has led to delays in the independent forensic investigation and internal review. At the same time, it is discussing a comprehensive resumption proposal with consultants.

Regarding litigation, Guangdong Wanjia has received a court summons, and the lawsuit concerning the validity of the resolution and changes in the legal representative will be heard on March 23, 2026. The company is seeking legal advice regarding the claims.

The shares have been suspended since February 21, 2025, and will remain suspended until further notice
