# 黄伟纶：若宏志阁居民达共识 可抽调日后居屋作「楼换楼」

> 财政司副司长黄伟纶表示，若宏志阁居民达成共识，政府将考虑扩大收购范围，包括宏志阁。受影响业主可选择现金补偿或未来居屋项目的「楼换楼」选项。房屋局局长何永贤强调，「楼换楼」单位的质量有保障，并提供多样化选择。

政府早前建议收购宏福苑其中七座大厦，宏志阁则未被纳入方案。财政司副司长黄伟纶今日 (23 日) 表示，若宏志阁过半数居民达成清晰共识，当局会考虑将收购范围扩大。

他出席电台节目时解释，受影响业主可选择现金补偿，金额与现行方案一致。若选择「楼换楼」时已错过现有拣楼期，当局会从未来推出的居屋项目中抽调单位供居民选择。

房屋局局长何永贤在同一节目强调，「楼换楼」单位质素有保证，亦会提供多元化选择。
