GOLDSTONE ASIA PHARM announced that the reduction plans of the company's director Zheng Zhiyong and shareholder Jiang Erchen have expired. Zheng Zhiyong reduced his holdings by 240,000 shares through centralized bidding from December 26, 2025, to January 22, 2026, at an average price of 10.9 yuan/share, accounting for 0.06% of the total share capital; Jiang Erchen reduced his holdings by 70,000 shares through centralized bidding on November 26, 2025, at an average price of 13.18 yuan/share, accounting for 0.02% of the total share capital. After the reduction, Zheng Zhiyong holds 3.4653 million shares, accounting for 0.86%; Jiang Erchen holds 157,000 shares, accounting for 0.04%
