> 新世界发展与远东发展合作的启德柏蔚森系列，近日售出 3 个单位，套现 2,300 万元。其中，柏蔚森 II 第 3 座 17 楼 J 单位以 626.4 万元成交，尺价 22,134 元，均创同类户型新高。自现楼以来，柏蔚森系列已售出 239 伙，套现逾 18 亿元，开售以来累计售出 896 伙，套现逾 64 亿元。

新世界发展 (00017.HK) 与远东发展 (00035.HK) 合作的启德柏蔚森系列，昨日 (24 日) 沽出 3 伙，套现 2,300 万元。

其中，柏蔚森 II 第 3 座 17 楼 J 单位，享开扬维港海景，实用面积 283 方尺，属一房设计，成交价 626.4 万元，尺价 22,134 元，售价及尺价同创同类户型新高。

柏蔚森系列自现楼以来已售出 239 伙，套现逾 18 亿元。自开售以来则累售 896 伙，共套现逾 64 亿元。
