# 《大行》中金维持美团「跑赢行业」评级  料 Keeta 于巴西推行精细化营运

> 中金维持美团「跑赢行业」评级，预计 Keeta 将在巴西推行精细化运营。滴滴旗下 99Food 与美团的 Keeta 进军巴西外卖市场，打破 iFood 的垄断，预计市场规模将从 2024 年的 187 亿美元增至 2028 年的 333 亿美元，渗透率从 18.7% 升至 28.5%。中金认为，尽管盈利能力需观察，但中国互联网企业有望在巴西市场占据份额。目标价为美团 125 港元，滴滴 6 美元。

中金发表研报指，去年滴滴 (DIDIY.US) 旗下 99Food 及美团 (03690.HK) Keeta 先后进军巴西外卖市场，打破当地企业 iFood 独大的局面，引发市场关注，预期两个品牌将采取差异化竞争策略，所掀起的价格战将推动巴西外卖渗透率提升，目前估算巴西外卖市场规模有望从 2024 年的 187 亿美元，提升至 2028 年的 333 亿美元，渗透率则由 18.7% 升至 28.5%。

中金指出，99Food 依托出行运力协同、低佣金与补贴、商户快速绑定实现渗透，而 Keeta 则凭藉精细化营运能力，复制在中国内地、香港及中东市场的营运经验。中金认为，平台的可持续盈利能力仍有待观察，但相信中国互联网企业通过精细化营运经验，有望在当地市场抢占可观份额，维持滴滴及美团的「跑赢行业」评级，目标价分别为 6 美元及 125 港元。
