据内媒引述企查查信息资料显示，中国中煤能源集团旗下中煤绿能科技 (北京) 与中船科技 (600072.SH) 全资子公司中国船舶集团风电发展等共同持股的中煤绿能 (双鸭山) 近日成立，法定代表人为赵长林，注册资本为 12 亿元人民币，经营范围涵盖发电、输电及供 (配) 电业务；热力生产和供应；风电场相关系统研发；太阳能发电技术服务等。
