# 《港楼》新世界尖沙咀项目命名「瑧玥」 料 3 月内开售

> 新世界发展旗下尖沙咀项目正式命名为「瑧玥」，提供开放式及一房单位，预计于 3 月内开售。售楼说明书将于近日上载，示范单位下周初将开放给媒体。此外，集团与其他公司合作的黄竹坑滶晨系列今日将修订价单，统一加价约 5%。

新世界发展 (00017.HK) 旗下尖沙咀项目正式命名为「瑧玥」(GRAND AUSTIN BOHEMIAN)。项目提供开放式及一房单位，将於日内上载售楼说明书，下周初将率先开放示范单位予传媒，并於 3 月内开售。

另外，集团夥拍帝国集团、资本策略地产 (00497.HK)、丽新发展 (00488.HK) 及港铁公司 (00066.HK) 发展的黄竹坑滶晨系列今日 (26 日) 将修订价单，划一加价约 5%。
